I am looking for a consortium for the above mentioned call, or partners who are willing to start up a consortium on the same call to develop a project proposal. Specifically, I am looking for expertise from technology (energy engineering), (environmental) psychology, (energy) economics, communication science etc.

I can offer legal and regulatory expertise on the energy sector, in particular on energy communities, energy consumers, distribution system operators, smart grids.
