The International Energy Research Centre (IERC) would like to join a consortium targeting the call. We can offer expertise on energy policy experiences, inclusion of different stakeholders and liaise with local stakeholders that can serve as demonstration sites. We have experience with previous projects dealing with building renovation for energy performance.
