Yildiz Technical University, one of Istanbul's seven public universities and the third oldest institution in Turkey dating back to 1911, is in the process of preparing a Horizon Project proposal. We are seeking partners for the following roles:
1. Research Institutions or/and Engine Manufacturers:
- Lead data collection and analysis efforts.
- Disciplinary knowledge in air quality, emissions, and alternative fuels for aviation, heavy duty and maritime sectors separately.
- Research methodologies for literature reviews and data analysis
2. Technology Developers and Industry Partners:
- Contribute to the development of mitigation strategies and technology packages.
- Provide practical insights into the feasibility and implementation of proposed solutions.
- Disciplinary knowledge in technology development.
- Industry experience in the application of alternative fuels and emissions reduction technologies.
3. Health and Social Sciences Institutions:
- Conduct health impact assessments.
- Assess societal implications of proposed mitigation strategies.
- Disciplinary knowledge in health impact assessment.
- Social sciences expertise for analyzing behavioural changes and societal impacts.
