We are looking forward to joining a consortium, leading a work package, or even considering coordinating the project for call HORIZON-CL5-2023-D6-01-11: “Aviation safety - Uncertainty quantification for safety and risk management”.
We have been trying to contact several partners to discuss ideas on the call and start to build a consortium on Safety and Risk Assessment methods using a robust approach on Uncertainty Quantification.
We are missing expertise:
-for virtual certification;
-validation campaigns in challenging test cases;
We can contribute:
-for modelling/simulation of design, manufacturing and integration processes;
-for operational aspects;
-for Big Data processing and data science for safety intelligence and risk management, including both structured and unstructured (text-based) data;
-for the development of mathematical libraries and management Tools;
-for validation campaigns in challenging test cases;
In the past, we have been involved in research on transportation systems aviation systems and safety systems, namely: safety and reliability modelling for risk assessment in transportation systems; railway safety performance and benchmarking analyses assuming the perspective of the European Agency; and, prediction and optimization of aviation networks.
