We are pleased to invite you to join the new 'Just Transition Helix' community. This Helix arises from the BOLSTER project, funded by the European Commission under Horizon Europe funding programme.
The BOLSTER project aims to understand how marginalised communities are affected by EGD-related policies and whether involving them in decision-making processes increases the support for transition plans. BOLSTER will deliver new scientific evidence on decarbonisation transition strategies and how they intersect with various dimensions of inequality, such as gender, race, age and class. It will conceptualise the principle of leaving no one behind by developing participatory governance models and transition guidelines based on climate justice and gender equality.
The Just Transition Helix is an international Open Innovation community of specialists in social inequalities, economics, sociology and related disciplines. By joining the Just Transition Helix, you can follow the project's advancements, activities, events, and results as well as collaborate with your peers. Within the Helix, you can share and join specific collaboration opportunities related to this topic. You can also invite any stakeholders outside of the Network who may be interested in this field, and whom you trust to participate.
