In addition to the platform, we are keen to encourage face-to-face collaboration between the members of our network. Each month we invite a small group of research organisations and universities to network, discuss plans for Horizon Europe, exchange experiences related to international collaborative projects and identify new areas for potential collaboration.

Giving shape to your ERC CoG proposal
Past Event
Wed, Nov 16, 2022 11:00 AM - Wed, Nov 16, 2022 12:30 PM
Are you currently preparing or about to start preparing an European Research Council (ERC) Consolidator (CoG) application? Do you have doubts about how to focus and structure your research proposal? Not sure what type of content to put where, and what subsections to include? Then this is the event for you. The aim of this online seminar is to share a series of best practices and tips for researchers applying to the next ERC-2023-CoG call (deadline Feb 2, 2023). We will focus on the writing stage, suggesting an overall content structure for both parts B1 and B2, to help applicants find the optimal way to present their ERC project. We will also refer back to the formal evaluation criteria, which need to be considered throughout the writing process. The content of the seminar is based on our experience as ERC grant consultants, having reviewed more than two hundred ERC applications to date.
