Following our engagement in Crowdhelix's recent matchmaking events, the University of Venice was able to join up to 6 proposals across 2025. Venice based researchers were able to participate as both consortium partners and leaders. We're looking forward to seeing the outcomes of these proposals as they emerge. Crowdhelix's team also helped to fill gaps in the consortia as needed. They've been a valuable resource as we look to expand our portfolio of funded projects across 2026.

"Connections made at one of Crowdhelix's 2025 Horizon Europe matchmaking events directly led to the ACU joining a consortium for HORIZON-CL5-2025-03-D1-07: Implementing the climate action pillar of the EU-AU partnership on Climate Change and Sustainable Energy. A proposal was successfully submitted in September, 2025 that includes the ACU as a work package leader.
