Five new impact-driven tools Crowdhelix members can expect in 2025

We're making it easier for Crowdhelix members to build consortia, write proposals, access event recordings, search our platform and measure their impact.

Crowdhelix will deliver an exciting suite of tools to its members throughout 2025. Designed to promote productivity and generate impact, these new tools will make it easier for members to identify collaborators, build proposals through a new AI assistant, access recordings from our Knowledge Training Events (KTE) and measure their usage of our global collaboration platform.

Scheduled to be delivered during Q1 2025, our new video library will be the first of these new tools to be made available to members. It will feature recordings from each of the 14 Knowledge Training Events we hosted in 2024. The library will grow throughout 2025 as we add recordings from each of the exciting KTE events we plan to host in the new year.

Our aim is simple, we want to make it easier for our members to identify potential collaborators, secure international funding and build pioneering technologies. That’s why we’re also enhancing our Smart Recommender during 2025. Our upgraded recommender engine will employ trailblazing transformer models to help members identify prospective collaborators among Crowdhelix’s global network of 16,500+ expert innovators.

Our new admin dashboard will help members understand how they are using Crowdhelix by allowing them to monitor key subscription metrics including the number of Helixes their teams have joined, the number of messages they have sent and received, and the number of events they have registered to attend.

Our On-Demand Video Library will allow members to access insights from sector-leading experts, industry specialists and tone-setting opinion leaders at a time and place of their choosing.

The Proposal Writer will act as an AI agent that helps organisations write competitive funding proposals, creating additional capacity for innovators and research managers.

We will also revamp the search experience on our platform to make it easier for members to search for and find specific experts, relevant research groups, and SMEs.

Finally, we will enhance our machine learning recommender by rebuilding it from the ground up, making it quicker and easier for members to collaborate with world-renowned innovators, academic experts, SMEs, and investors.

To help our members maximise the potential of our new tools, we will communicate the rollout of each new tool as soon as they become available to our members. Follow us on LinkedIn and subscribe to our newsletter to ensure that you stay up to date with the rollout of our new tools.
