Seeking expertise:
We are looking for a consortium to join for the Pathway to Synergies call. It´s a new tool developed under the WIDENING part of the Horizon Europe programme with a deadline on September 28, 2023. Specifically, we are aiming for the synergy pathway a) upstream, i.e. a pathway for institutions which were previously successful in cohesion policy programmes (such as ERDF, RRF, or INTERREG) and aim to improve their performance in Horizon Europe.
We are ready to partake in the proposal writing and aim to act as partners and / or work package leaders.
The most important expected outcomes would be
• joint internationalization strategy for R&I, HR development strategy,
• improved access to excellent European R&I networks and communities,
• increased competitiveness and reputation in applications for EU research funding,
• overcoming locked-in effects for former mono-beneficiaries funded under ERDF,
• acquisition of new transferrable skills for R&I staff,
• and better use of R&I infrastructure funded under ERDF.
