The Data Management Center at the European Foundation for the Study of Chronic Liver Failure (EF CLIF) - an A-Tango partner - is looking for a bioinformatician to join our high-performance biometrics team to support clinical research activities with a focus on quality and research excellence

Requirements to fulfil this position:

Professional experience
• You have a minimum work experience of 1 years in clinical study design and
generating research results and outputs for publication
• You are familiar with academic research and large scale observational

Education and training
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Biostatistics or Bioinformatics, with
practical experience applying statistical analysis and methods in biomedical
or clinical research

Technical skills
• You are have experience with omics-related methods and techniques (RNA-Seq,
metabolomics, GWAS, etc.)
• You have experience with R programming for statistical computing and graphics
and/or SAS

• You have excellent organizational, prioritizing, and communication skills
• You have the ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team

• Good command of the English language

We will value

• You have experience with Python, and Bash
• Previous working experience in a biomedical research institution, clinical research
organization, or hospital
