My group has strong expertise in disease genomics and transcriptomics coupled to NextGen and ONT long-read sequencing, gene regulation, mammalian noncoding RNA biology, RNA binding proteins, transposon control, antiviral targeting, CRISPR technology.

We wish to apply this expertise in human metabolic diseases with a strong interest in using RNA therapeutics in disease prevention and treatment.
