Please check the link for if your country is eligible. The consortium have developed a proposal on methods for reducing food waste in a supply chain and at consumer level using IoT devices, and blockchains. Opportunity to work on these topics:

1. Nutrition science (determine the real time quality of food items, recommendation system for optimal recipe)
2. Supply chains: demonstrations, prototype development
3. Packaging: Integrate the IOT / blockchains with existing packaging solutions.
4. Computer games: Develop games to educate young consumers on nutrition value.
5. City council: Execute pilots involving schools.
